FIGHT fans are in for treat when big-time boxing returns to Magna in February—but it’s doubtful that the showdown between fast-rising Curtis Woodhouse and Stefy Bull will be on the card.

Bull recently hinted that he fancied a a potential battle of South Yorkshire against former footballer Whitehouse—but after embryonic talks were held between the camps nothing has materialised.

Said Woodhouse’s manager Dave Coldwell: “We had a chat to see if we could get the fight on but Stefy never came back to us. It’s a shame because it would have been a great fight.

“Instead, it looks like Curtis will be fighting for his first title and we’ve got a terrific bill shaping up.”
