MILLERS utility man Dominic Ball has returned to Rotherham United from his loan spell at Peterborough United following a fall-out.

The former Tottenham Hotspur youngster played six times, scoring one goal during his time at London Road, but is back with his parent club after a disagreement over selection policy. He has not played since a defeat to Walsall on February 18.

A summer arrival from Spurs, Ball failed to hold down a regular place with the Millers, making 13 appearances, but remains part of the club's plans and was sent out to get much-needed game time.

The 21-year-old will return to full training with Rotherham United on Monday but under the terms of his loan agreement he will remain registered with Peterborough United and will be unable to play for the Millers between now and the end of the season.
