After six straight wins, a local derby against Doncaster Rovers at a packed AESSEAL New York Stadium on Saturday ought to wipe out any danger of complacency in the camp.

But for centre-half Ajayi, the team is equipped to deal with whatever is thrown at them by League One opponents.

"The way we are playing, any game is good for us at the moment," he said. "Anyone in the league, we'd fancy ourselves against them.

"This match is back at home in front of our fans so we'll prepare like we have been and try to continue this run."

Ajayi and his team-mates go into the match fresh from arguably their best win of the season. But it was the manner of Saturday's 1-0 victory at high-flying Shrewsbury that buoyed the big defender.

"In the first half Marek (Rodak) made a great save and another in the second half but we dealt with everything they threw at us, we looked quite solid," he added.

"We'd gone through Shrewsbury's strengths and weaknesses and how they play so we were well set up to deal with them.

"Everyone, to a man, performed really well to help us get the points."
