Titans snap up two new men

NEW boys Shane Monaghan and Tom Foden have become the latest men to join Rotherham Titans—with Andre Bester expecting to take his raft of new men to 26 within the next few weeks.

Six-footer Monaghan comes to Clifton lane from Ireland, where he has played with connacht and Leinster as well as Irish U20 level.

Full-back Foden, the elder brother of England international Ben, joins from Birmingham as he looks to step up his career.

Said Bester: “Shane will play outside centre and will give us power and pace in midfiled.

“He is a terrific prospect and has plenty of experience in Ireland.

“Tom had a spell with Northampton a few years ago but had hamstring problems and he now wants to move his career up a level.
