TITANS will give ambitious 21-year-old Scot Ross Doneghan a quickfire first team chance in tomorrow’s British and Irish Cup opener against Llandovery - providing the game beats the weather.

Linlithgow-born Doneghan has sharpened his back row skills in South Africa after leaving Scotland to try and make his way in the game.

the job of clearing up Clifton Lane will continue today as Rotherham push to get tomorrow’s game on.

Snow-moving equipment was brought in yesterday to clear the surface, which the club say is ice-free.

Added Bester: “The game is on providing the expected thaw arrives. We are desperate to play.”
