Titans ready to face Irish challenge

JUSTIN Burnell says his Rotherham Titans side will be prepared to meet the London Irish juggernaut head on when the sides clash tomorrow at Clifton Lane.

Titans will look to continue their developing form against an Irish side littered with international players such as 47-cap All Black Ben Franks and Burnell knows that his side will have to be on top form to get anything from the game.

“We’ve had a good look at them and we’ve identified their weaknesses; they do concede tries as we say against Jersey last week,” said Burnell.

“But we know how tough they will be to beat, we’re under no illusion about that. But this game is about us and not them, we’ll concentrate on our own game.”

Kick off is 2pm.
