Titans face player exodus

ROTHERHAM Titans will today the biggest player clearout in their history after a numbing end to their Championship campaign.

Well over 20 players will leave the Clifton Lane club leaving a handful of around six players left as coach Justin Burnell begins a massive rebuilding job.

Titans are expected to announce who will be staying - and possibly who will be in the first raft of new signings - later this week.

Rotherham were battered 45-12 by second-bottom Ealing in Saturday's finale when the struggling home side ran in seven tries in the visitors' worst performance for years.

Jack Preece and George Edgson were the Rotherham scorers.
