Titans face derby tester

TITANS boss Andre Bester has called on his side to crank up the power ahead of tomorrow’s derby clash with Doncaster.

After a run which saw the Clifton Lane men go to within touching distance of top spot, they were beaten last time out in the league by Cornish Pirates, which gave everyone at the club a big reality check.

But tomorrow’s game gives Rotherham the chance to get their play-off push back on course.

Said Bester: “We’re still hurting from that Pirates game but it did keep people’s feet on the ground.

“Saturday’s game is going to be massive for us because we need to get back to winning ways but we know the form book goes straight out of the window in a derby game.

Dave McCall is set for a quickfire Championship debut, following an impressive opening game in last week’s British and Irish Cup victory at Swansea. Adrian Griffiths could also get a start.

Start time tomorrow is 2pm.
