Super Millers sting Bees

ROTHERHAM United bounced back to winning ways and underlined their promotion credentials with an excellent victory at Brentford.

Mark Bradley's 13th minute header from a Ben Pringle free-kick separated two sides who look destined to fight it out at the top end of League One.

After Bradley made the breakthrough, Steve Evans’ men played with intelligence and grit to protect their lead.

Scot Shearer dashed off his line to deny Clayton Donaldson and parried from Sam Sanders.  A rising 25-yarder from Adam Forshaw also had the keeper scrambling.

Brentford introduced their big money signing, Will Grigg, for the second half but met more stern resistance from a Rotherham back line excellently marshalled by Craig Morgan and Kari Arnason.

Matt Tubbs, in for the injured Daniel Nardiello, and Alex Revell both might have scored on the break but it took a fantastic flying save by Shearer from substitute George Saville in injury time to seal a terrific three points.
