O'Donnell leg break is confirmed
TITANS have confirmed that prop Rob O'Donnell HAS broken his leg - despite initial assurances that he hadn't.
O'Donnell was injured in a tackle as Rotherham scored their third try in a 38-31 win over Nottingham.
After fears that his leg had been broken, it was disgnosed as a bad dislocation. But after being taken to Rotherham Hospital, x-rays revealed a fracture of the fibular bone near the ankle.
O'Donnall will now be out for several months.
Said coach Andre Bester: "It's such a shame because Rob has been one of our stand-out players. Hopefully he will be beack for the play-offs, if not before."
