Millers linked with Clarke

ROTHERHAM United are being linked with Coventry City striker Leon Clarke ahead of tonight's match at Tranmere Rovers.

Clarke has scored 18 goals in 29 appearances this season and has been transfer listed at his own request. Wolves are reported to have already had two bids turned down.

The Millers, meanwhile, will run fitness checks on Alex Revell and Lee Frecklington.

Frecklington sat out Saturday's draw against Crawley with a hamstring injury while Revell had to withdraw at half time due to a calf problem.

Of the two, midfielder Frecklington is thought to have the best chance of playing as the Millers seek to cement their place in the League One play-off frame.

Striker Danny Hylton has gone on loan to AFC Wimbledon until the end of the season.
