Let's get back to our best, says Ronnie

MANAGER Ronnie Moore says the Millers' best will be too good for Southend United tomorrow—as long as they can produce it.

Rotherham, in second spot in League Two, dropped their standards at Stockport County on Tuesday but scrambled back to earn a 3-3 draw and stretch their unbeaten league run to eight games.

This weekend's Don Valley clash brings them face to face with the last team to beat them in the league and Moore wants them to up their standards and get even.

He said: "We were poor at Southend. We never turned up and I want to see that put right and show Paul Sturrock what a good side we are.

"If we are mentally prepared and on our game then they will not be able to live with us, but our better players have to perform on the day."

Right-back Danny Coid (ankle) is set to miss out again. His loan spell from Blackpool is up tomorrow and Moore would like to extend it to the end of the season.

Skipper Ryan Cresswell (collar bone) could return to full training in three weeks if all goes to plan.
