Friendly date for Millers

THE Millers send a team to Stocksbridge Park Steels tonight (7.45pm) in their build-up to the new season.

Andy Scott's men will go into the game refreshed after a few days in Portugal, where they did some warm weather training.

The match is followed by back-to-back Don Valley dates against Scunthorpe United tomorrow (7.45pm) and Huddersfield Town on Saturday (3pm).

A Millers side will then take on Parkgate at Green Lane on Monday (7pm) before the action starts for real against Oxford United on Saturday week.

Before then there's the chance for fans to meet the players and see behind the scenes at an open day at Don Valley Stadium on Sunday.

Doors are open 10am-2pm.
