The Millers, who were left without a match over the weekend when their Friday-night home clash with Ipswich was postponed because of flooding around AESSEAL New York Stadium, are next in action on Wednesday evening.Coventry City come calling in S60 and Taylor doesn't care how the Millers get a result, just as long as they get one.

"I'd take a poor performance, three points and the ball going in off someone's backside, off the referee, hitting the linesman on his head and going in," the boss said.

Rotherham were looking forward to facing the Tractor Boys until the clash was called off three hours before the scheduled 8pm kick-off when the nearby River Don burst its banks following a day of torrential rain.

The players were called in for training yesterday and then had today off before preparations for the visit of the Sky Blues are stepped up.

"We were so disappointed that the Ipswich game wasn't on," Taylor said.

The Millers have centre-half Sean Morrison and midfielder Hakeem Odoffin available again after calf and hamstring injuries respectively but are still hugely down on numbers because they have so many players in their treatment room.

Morrison is the only fit central defender at the club who are 23rd spot.

Rotherham have two of their next three matches at home and the other one is a short trip to South Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday.

"These games are a huge opportunity for us to get close to the pack of teams just above us," Taylor said. "We've got almost three cup finals before a big game down at Watford."

After the Coventry contest, the Millers head to Hillsborough on Sunday to face the bottom-of-the-table Owls before another struggling team, Queens Park Rangers, are the opposition at New York the following Saturday.
