Since his move from Arsenal to South Yorkshire in the summer of 2021, Bola has featured in just six league matches and has made nine appearances in cup competitions.

The left-footer's only two outings this term came as a substitute against Blackpool and Middlesbrough in the second tier.

Injuries have hampered him but he is now clear of a lingering quad issue.

His contract with Rotherham runs until the end of June 2024.
