Matt Taylor's first anniversary .... the manager reflects on 12 months in the Rotherham United hot-seat
It's exactly 12 months since the manager arrived to take over from Paul Warne, with his public unveiling coming the following day and his first match in the hot-seat - a 1-1 home draw with Millwall - taking place 24 hours after that.
The manager famously led the Millers to Championship survival in May, ending a run of three successive second-tier relegations.

Hide AdHe also believes he has contributed in another significant way to the health of the club by altering the thinking at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
"The biggest achievement is the obvious one of keeping Rotherham up and breaking that 'yo-yo' cycle," he told the Advertiser.
"Every single day I've tried to improve the standards and change the mindset of this club. I've tried to find a way to get people to realise that improvements have to be made, that they're worthwhile.
"There has to be investment in all departments. We have to everything we can do to make us more sustainable as a Championship outfit."

Hide AdChairman Tony Stewart lured Taylor away from Exeter City where the 41-year-old had capped four years at the helm by leading the Grecians to promotion to League One.
The boss spoke of how much he has enjoyed his time in South Yorkshire but didn't shy away from the size of the task he feels he faces in building on the Millers' second-tier status in the future.
"It's the biggest challenge I've ever had - and will ever have - as a manager, believe me," he said.
Rotherham finished in 19th spot with 50 points last term. This season, after nine games, they are 23rd.
