First cup loss for Titans
ROTHERHAM Titans lost 36-21 to Munster in the British and Irish Cup at Clifton Lane on Saturday.
Alex Codling's side gave the holders a stern test before suffering their first defeat in the competition and trailed only 15-14 at half time.
Their points included a try from scrum-half Jimmy Williams and a penalty try. Fly-half James McKinney landed a conversion and three penalties.
The teams meet again in Ireland on Friday evening.
