Committee member Claire Rowbotham said: "We as a team have experience as players, managers and at running clubs for the last 20 years. We have an excellent training programme in place and a fully qualified head coach who has played at all levels and currently represents Great Britain. We play competitively within our leagues and give all players the chance to play regardless of experience."

As a new team, Diamondback are trying to raise vital funds to purchase starter kits for new players to enable them to access the sport as without this they are unable to train at all due to health and safety reasons. The club is also looking to replace training equipment and pucks and have organised a Christmas party to raise funds.
