Bester's warning over bruised Bristol

ANDRE Bester will warn his players to beware of Bristol, despite the West Court side’s promotion challenge having already looked to have faltered.

The Memorial Ground men have looked unimressive this season with three defeats from their five games, including last Friday’s shock 22-21 home defeat at the hands of Moseley.

But Bester says it won’t be a Saturday stroll.

“It’s going to be an immense challenge because their have some front-line players back, have internationals in there and have a side capable of causing us damage,” he said.

“From our perspective, we have a fit squad whereas last week at Plymouth we had five or six players carrying knocks from the previous week.

“We are hungry for a win against Bristol. I always say games like this are a case of wanting and needing: we want to win and they need to win, so we have to have the correct attitude.”
