Becchio is shaping up

TWO matches into his Millers comeback, Luciano Becchio says he's feeling better by the day.

If the Argentinean can re-discover the goal-littered form of his Leeds United days, he's going to be a huge asset in a tense Championship relegation fight.

His low-key comeback appearance at Cardiff a fortnight ago ended a 16-month wait since his last domestic appearance which, funnily enough, came in his last loan stint with Rotherham.

Introduced at half time at the NYS last Saturday, he looked a bit more like it and only a good save kept out his late header and he'll be aiming to get off the mark in today's Championship basemen battle at Bolton.

“I'm feeling good now, I feel much better than last week even,” Becchio told the Advertiser.

“I have been away for a long time but I'm back again and feeling strong and confident. The other thing is that I know the club, the manager and the lads and that's a great pointer.”
