MARK Jones takes his Rotherham Titans side to Ealing next weekend determined to get the British and Irish Cup campaign back on course after Saturday's disappointing 12-9 home defeat against Leinster.

Jones watched Titans play the better rugby against the strong Dublin-based outfit and spend the final quarter camped in to opposition 22, only for the superbly drilled Leinster defence to hang on as the competition got under way. Rotherham had to be content with three Ross Jones pernalties. a second half drop goal from Ross Byrne proving the difference between the sides.

"I'm very disappointed, I thought we had enough opportunities to win the game," said Jones afterwards.

"It was very frustrating although the lads put in lots of effort against a very strong team.

"It means we'll have to go to Ealing next week now and do our best to get the win to get us back on track."
