Piano plan hits the wrong note

Sir -  I found out last week from a reliable source, that the new the council offices on the Riverside are to have a grand pPiano in reception.

What a waste of taxpayers money.

People I have spoken to are disgusted about this.

What could we have had instead of a stupid grand piano that is just there for show.

What will happen when some of the people of this town go in? Will they carve theirr names in it? You bet you they will, as they don't know any better.

Will it be chained up, the lid fastened down so no one can make a racket or will they employ someone to play? Another waste of money, lets wait and see!
