Like noon at midnight
I WOULD like to say thank you to the bright-spark who improved the already working street light in front of my house.
The new ultra bright LED flood lights which have been fitted along Green Lane make it feel like noon at midnight, it’s brilliant.
With the curtains drawn and lights off I can walk around my house without fear of bumping into anything. This will save me a fortune in electricity, if only I could get some sleep.

Hide AdAfter speaking to someone at the council today, I’ve found as long as the bulbs don’t need replacing they will start to save money after 20 years.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Could the lights be dimmed like Hounslow Council have agreed to do? Could a guard be fitted so the light shines down and not sideways?
