Festival of Britain memory
Sir - I am writing to see whether you can shed any light on an event that took place in 1951 and I believe was captured by your staff at that time.
A girl (Jean Thomas) & I represented Kimberworth Secondary Schools at a Festival of Britain concert in the Albert Hall ,London, Sir Adrian Bolt was the conductor.
I have this picture in my head of us,leaving the Masborough Station and waving goodbye.
