Woman fined over mountain of waste in garden
Rotherham Magistrates heard how Tracey Heard, of Bents Road, Kimberworth Park, ignored several warnings from council enforcement officers to remove the rubbish including dirty nappies, rotten food and household waste.
The 40-year-old was fined £175 and ordered to pay costs of £472.20 with an extra £15 surcharge within 28 days after failing to comply with an abatement order.

Hide AdThe rubbish, which took four people and five van-loads to clear, included broken items, bike frames, mattresses and kitchen waste.
