Woman fined over mountain of waste in garden

A SERIAL dumper who piled up five van-loads of rubbish in her garden has been landed with a £660 bill.

Rotherham Magistrates heard how Tracey Heard, of Bents Road, Kimberworth Park, ignored several warnings from council enforcement officers to remove the rubbish including dirty nappies, rotten food and household waste.

The 40-year-old was fined £175 and ordered to pay costs of £472.20 with an extra £15 surcharge within 28 days after failing to comply with an abatement order.
