Wath roadworks to last three more weeks
ONGOING gas works which were due to be completed this week are expected to take an additional three weeks.
Cadent Gas are replacing iron gas mains on Doncaster Road and Carr Road in Wath and were due to be finished by Friday, September 1.
But a Rotherham Borough Council spokeswoman said the works were now not due to be complete until Friday, September 22 and two-way traffic lights will be in place.
Carr Road will remain closed, with a local diversion in place, she added.
