UKIP manifesto launched

UKIP’S parliamentary candidate for Wentworth and Dearne, Mike Hookem, has today launched his local manifesto and pledged to bring more jobs and investment.

Mr Hookem made pledges on a range of issues including investment and training, stopping green belt building and giving the people more of a voice in local matters.

He said: “I am committed to the people of Wentworth and Dearne and wanted to set out clearly what I would fight for as their local MP.

“One of my main priorities will be to bring more jobs, more investment and more opportunity to this area.”
