Two bailed in Tommy Ward murder investigation
TWO PEOPLE arrested for the murder of Maltby pensioner Tommy Ward have been bailed.
The man and women, both 29, were arrested yesterday (Wednesday) on suspicion of robbery and murder.
Mr Ward (80) was attacked in his own home in Salisbury Road, Maltby, in October 2015 and his life savings were stolen.
He died from his injuries five months later, on February 23, 2016.
The man and woman are due to answer police bail on January 2, 2018.
