Two arrested after £21,000 cannabis farm shut down

TWO men were arrested after police found £21,000 worth of cannabis at a house following a tip off.

The farm was discovered on Gerrard Road, Broom, on Saturday (4), by officers from the Rotherham central local policing team.

A spokesman said there were approximately 27 plants worth an estimated £21,000.

The men have been released on bail pending further forensic testing.
