I wish to give a sincere heartfelt thank you to all those men and women who have been involved in my care after a stay in Rotherham General Hospital following a heart attack last Friday.

Their expertise, delivered in a caring, considerate and informative manner was extremely reassuring throughout this stressful time. May I also say a thank you to the many staff who provided the tasty meals, the staff who cleaned the ward and to those who are involved in the maintenance and running of the hospital?

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart (no pun intended).
