Time travelling at school medieval fair

FAMILIES travelled back in time to days of yore at a special history re-enactment event on Saturday.

Heeley City Farm and Escafeld Medieval Society organised the Tinsley Medieval Fair event at the Old Tinsley Junior School on Saturday.

It was one of a series of events this summer about life in medieval Tinsley which include a family arts day, a heritage arts walk, and a local history talk.
