Thrybergh: The pothole capital of Rotherham - readers say

Rotherham Borough Council said it may bid for a slice of £490 million to repair and improve the borough’s roads last week.

We asked for suggestions on where the cash could be spent and received hundreds of suggestions.

Tony Clarke said: “Park Lane at Thrybergh should be closed until it can be resurfaced. It’s not fit for purpose anymore and isn’t even a go kart track never mind a road — very dangerous.”

Mark Hollyhead said: “Fitzwilliam Road going towards Aldi from town is absolutely horrendous.”
