Every week, we will be including a free 24-page sports section pull-out in the centre of the paper, which will include a column from Rotherham United manager Paul Warne, as well as an in-depth preview of the next game.

We will bring you an exclusive player column every week, with the player changing every month. First up is Millers skipper Lee Frecklington.

There will be exclusive interviews and features with Millers players and staff, as well as the best coverage of all other local sports in the Rotherham area, including Rotherham Titans and junior football and athletics.

To launch our new sports section, we have 40 tickets to the Checkatrade Trophy clash with Manchester City U23s to give away, so make sure you pick up your copy this Friday.

We are also adapting how we do things online.

As you may have noticed towards the end of last season and throughout pre-season, we have been running live blogs from selected Millers matches.

We are pleased to announce that this will continue into the 2017-18 campaign, with every match covered home and away, live from the action.

The blog will be begin on our website from around 1pm with previews to the game, polls, facts and stats before bringing you live in-game updates, observations and match pictures taken by our photographers at the ground.

It will round up with an on the whistle match report and manager Warne’s thoughts on the game.

So if you can’t make a match, whether home or away, make sure you follow our Matchday Live blog for a comprehensive matchday experience.

You can join the debate on the blog on matchdays, or by following the sportsdesk on Twitter @rothtisersport.
