Teeanger seriously hurt in Clifton crash

A TEENAGE driver sustained life-threatening injuries in after being trapped in his car following a crash in Rotherham on Saturday morning.

The 19-year-old was driving a blue MG car which collided with a wall near to the entrance of Rotherham Rugby Club on Badsley Moor Lane at around 1.10am.

The man, from Rotherham, was taken to hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries.

Anyone who may have witnessed this collision is urged to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 78 of December 14.
