Stars of sci-fi come to South Yorkshire

SCI-FI fans will be entertained by stars of Star Wars and Transformers as part of a celebration of the fantastical.

Shoppers are set to be amazed and entertained by stormtroopers patrolling Clock Corner, fairytale princesses and Transformers wandering around Doncaster town centre, plus large Transformers vehicles near the Market Place and an appearance by KITT from Knight Rider.

The attractions are all part of the Doncaster Super Sci-fi Festival on Saturday, September 24.

There will be professional cosplayers as well as members of the public wearing their own costumes.
