Rotherham's new mayor to take chains of office
ROTHERHAM'S new mayor will be sworn in at a full council meeting this afternoon.
Cllr Lyndsay Pitchley will take the chains of office from outgoing mayor Cllr Maggi Clark.
Rotherham Borough Council will also agree the make-up of its committees for the forthcoming year following the local elections earlier this month.
The meeting takes place at Rotherham Town Hall from 2pm.
