Rotherham set for cold snap as cold front sweeps in
AFTER being battered by the effects of Storm Eleanor, Rotherham has been told to expect a big chill as temperatures plummet.
The Met Office said temperatures were expected to drop to around 0 °C overnight tonight on Friday into Saturday with a frost possible in places.
Saturday will feel bitterly cold with brisk north-easterly winds and a maximum temperature of 4°C.
Forecasters said there would be an overnight frost on Saturday in Sunday, which will slowly clear leaving a fine but cold day.
