Rotherham Pensioners' Action Group ready to give candidates a grey grilling

ROTHERHAM Pensioners' Action Group has invited each of the three main parties in the General Election to send a candidate to a public meeting and answer the questions of older voters.

ROTHERHAM Pensioners Action Group has invited each of the three main parties in the General Election to send a candidate to a public meeting and answer the questions of older voters.

The event will take place next Friday, April 23, between 11am and 1pm at the Bailey Suite.

Chairman Keith Billington said: “This meeting will give each party a chance to explain their policies and how they will affect the older generation.  

 “We hope there will be a good attendance, plenty of interesting questions and a lively debate.”
