Rotherham Hospice fundraiser tops £25,000 total

AN ANNUAL dinner dance which was first held in 2005 has raised around £25,000 for charity.

The black-tie fund-raiser in aid of the Rotherham Hospice is now in its sixth year and organisers are gearing up for the next event on November 20.

The dinner dance starts at 7pm until 12.30pm at The Consort Hotel in Thurcroft.

Music will come from the Freddie Gray Band and £30 tickets include a four-course meal with a choice of menu.
