Adam Le Fondre struck his 15th and 16th goals of the season to seal a 2-1 win at Don Valley Stadium which keeps the Millers in sixth spot in League Two.

Moore said: "It was a good win and we deserved it. We were the better side.

"The first ten minutes was a bit ropeyish but after that we played some excellent stuff and 2-1 makes it sound an awful lot closer than it was.

"We had enough chances to see them off but it was nice to get the win."

Moore handed a debut to Danny Coid, in on loan from Blackpool to cover for injuries in defence.

The Millers chief said: "He hadn't played for a while but he came in and showed some great quality. He's two-footed and he will be a massive bonus for us."
