Road closed after two-car smash
A ROAD was closed for two hours after a two-car crash last night.
Police shut Stubbin Road at the junction with Packman Road and Wentworth Road nwar Upper Haugh after the collision at 6.50pm between a grey Citreon C4 and a white Vauxhall van.
The road outside the Marquis pub was shut until after 9pm while the damaged vehicles were recovered.
It is not thought that anyone was seriously hurt.
