RCAT linguists celebrate exam success

More than 150 candidates were entered for OCR Asset Languages exams and the hard work paid off, with the group achieving a 100 per cent pass rate—and 89 per cent of the students scored the highest grade possible. Rosie Marriott, deputy curriculum manager within Skills for Life at Rotherham College of Arts and Technology, said: “This was the first year we had offered the OCR Asset Languages programme at the college.

“We are delighted with our learners’ achievements and their outstanding success was well deserved.”

This year, Rotherham College of Arts and Technology is offering courses in French, Greek and Polish, with classes scheduled to begin next week.
