They picked up an award in the key stage four category with their film: Don't Park Here Rotherham.

The ceremony, which was presented by Floella Benjamin, celebrated animation, film and new media productions from children in key stages one to four.

It was organised by TAG Learning, who provide educational software tools.

Pete Johnson, director at TAG Learning, added: "The schools and colleges have used technology to inspire learning and creativity and the results have been outstanding.

"We're very proud to be showcasing these achievements from across the country and to meet so many of the young people involved."

A number of Rotherham schools were also short-listed at the awards .
