RAWMARSH AND PARKGATE: latest planning applications

Planning applications: Mr B. Cockerline, of Cliffe House, Glasshouse Lane, Kilnhurst, has applied for the erection of a two-storey detached dwellinghouse at land adjacent 108 Main Street, Rawmarsh.

Mr P. Bennett has applied for the continuation of use (use of land as nursery and landscaping business and change of use of stables to form office block with extensions and internal alterations) without compliance with Condition 08 (permission solely for the benefit of the applicant) imposed by RB1998/0075 at Hideaway Nursery, 6 Higher Stubbin, Stubbin Road, Nether Haugh.

  Mr M. Basi, of Chesterfield, has applied for the change of use from retail (A1) to hot food takeaway (A5) (renewal of previously approved under RB2007/1600) at 146 Broad Street, Parkgate.

Shires Developments Ltd, Mr J. Crossley of Sheffield, has an application for variation to condition 1 (work to be completed by December 2010) imposed by RB2007/2324 to allow infill and restoration of site to be completed by December 2015 at Roundwood Colliery Reclamation, Aldwarke Lane, Aldwarke.
