Range Rover and jewellery stolen from neighbouring Maltby homes

The houses on Lilly Hall Road, which the Advertiser believes are next door to each other, were broken into on Sunday (27) evening.

Thieves stole a Range Rover Discovery which was subsequently recovered, a spokesman for South Yorkshire Police said.

Jewellery and a small quantity of cash were among the other items taken from the properties.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident, the spokesman said.

The burglaries were reported to the police at 9.45pm on Sunday.
