Quick-thinking PCSO saves baby's life
The female PCSO, who was not named by South Yorkshire Police, was in bed last Tuesday (March 2) when she heard someone screaming outside.
Dashing outside in her pyjamas, with no shoes or socks on, the officer was told that the baby was not breathing.

The baby began breathing and, as an ambulance took mum and baby to hospital, the officer looked after five other children, aged two to ten, at the mum’s home.
A spokesman for Rotherham South Neighbourhood Policing Team wrote on Facebook: “At the time of writing the baby is doing well and our officer is literally is a life-saver.
“We are extremely proud of our officer’s actions and hope that you feel the same.”
