Police seek flasher

The man allegedly exposed himself to the 67-year-old woman in Swinburne Place at around 1.30pm on Sunday, November 2.

He is described as in his 50s, white, of stocky build and with a flat nose. At the time he had messy brown or grey hair, was unshaven and scruffy-looking.

The man was wearing a dirty, plum-coloured jacket with a dirty collar, dark trousers or jeans and brown shoes or trainers.

Anyone who recognises him should call police on 101 quoting incident number 705 of November 2.
