HISTORIC Wath Hall and All Saints Church were transformed into a colourful display of art, flowers and photography for a special festival.

Wentworth and Dearne MP John Healey officially opened the Wath All Saints Church Flower Festival and Heritage Weekend at the venue on Friday morning.

The event, organised by Ray Lewis, artistic director at Wath Hall, was part of the hall’s Heritage Open Day celebrations.

She set the theme as “All Things Botanical” and included photographs, pictures or sculptures.
