Peugeot's RCZ coupe sparks dealer demand

With demand for the stylish two-door coupe currently outstripping supply the first second hand sales saw the French fancy defy the current financial climate with rock-solid risidual values.

Fifteen used RCZs, with mileages typically at around 8,000 miles, were placed at a closed auction at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, with over 70 dealers taking part.

Peugeot’s award-winning RCZ eased past predicted used prices to achieve an average of 92 per cent of MRRP.

The star car was a GT THP 200 in Mercury Grey with 6,000 miles on the clock, which made an impressive £23,500. That’s 111 per cent of the price predicted by CAP and 97 per cent of MRRP.
