Person trapped after two-vehicle Conisbrough crash

EMERGENCY services are currently at the scene of a two-vehicle crash which has left one person trapped in their vehicle.

The incident happened on Firsby Lane, Conisbrough, at 7.45am this morning (Wednesday).

A South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said: "Two fire engines from Rotherham station are at the scene.

"There are two vehicles involved and one person is trapped, firefighters are in the process of removing the roof."

Police have been contacted for a comment.
